Why Did You Change Your Name to We Keep You Motivated?

We have been asked this question often, so we wanted to explain here on our blog why we changed our name to We Keep You Motivated.

For those that were fans since the beginning, you may remember that we were originally called BelieveWristbands.com and only had wristband styles with the word BELIEVE on them.  After countless requests from athletes and customers to provide additional motivational wristband messages, this lead to the change to IonMotivators.com to reflect the new styles of wristbands we added.  

These wristbands were highly successful for us and everyone loved them.  This lead to additional requests to add other types of products to our motivational wristbands line including Socks and Apparel.  With the addition of the new motivational sports gear, we decided to change the name to reflect the overall motivational line of products we developed.   The new We Keep You Motivated name better fits with the full array of products we now stock.

Simple Weight Loss Tips ANYONE Can Use

The writer of this article lost 95 lbs. by using these ideas below and simple walking each day for exercise.


  • Get up and move each day, even a brisk 10 minute walk can kick your metabolism into higher gear
  • Dieting is temporary, make a lifestyle change by still eating the foods you like but with portion control. Cut the portions in half or in quarters while still fulfilling your craving but not going overboard.
  • Eat as much protein as possible
  • A simple snack if you are hungry is a tablespoon of peanut butter and large glass of water - sure to satisfy and fill you

  • If you must eat bread, try to scoop out as much of the bread as possible before using it in sandwiches, reducing your carb intake.

  • Almonds are a great mid-day snack, high in protein and filling. Moderation though, as they are high in fat although it is a healthier monounsaturated fat.
  • Once you start losing weight, sell your old bigger clothes on eBay.com. Do not allow yourself to go back to your old weight by keeping your bigger clothes around "just in case".
